Charis – Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product received is damaged at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • A clear unboxing video showing the condition of the package and the damaged product must be recorded at the time of opening the package.

Charis reserves the right to review and verify the claim before approving any return request.

2. Exchange Policy (Size Issues)

Charis allows exchange requests only for size-related issues under the following conditions:

  • The request must be made within 7 (seven) days of purchase.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • The customer is responsible for paying the additional delivery or shipping charges required for the exchange process.

  • Customers are advised to carefully review the size information provided on the product page before placing an order, as size details are clearly mentioned.

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

Charis will only process returns or exchanges if the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.

  • The purchase slip or proof of purchase is provided.

  • The required video evidence is submitted within the specified time frame.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Charis will not accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • The request is made after 7 days of purchase.

  • The product has been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.

  • The customer fails to provide the required unboxing video and purchase proof.

  • The issue is related to size preference after purchase without following the exchange policy terms.
